Addons... or downloads?

The point was made to me the other day that the name "addons" for the download site may confuse some users.... and that downloads.impresscms.org may be a more suited url.
However - thinking about this further - the "downloads" name is better suited for a central location for downloading all types of files from documents to core...
So - lets get some feedback on this. We could easily change the name pre-launch of the site, and by adding a redirect form old to new url....
