Re: Block title a MUST?! are you freaking kidding me?!

Very true.

Concerning: Quote:

* Trac is not accessible without SF.net account - needs fixing

This was because of ticket spam.

If I can get access to the ticket - I don't mind keeping an eye and deleting spam from this - if it means we can make it easier for users to log issues etc down.

So, in summary:
* It's odd that blocks can't be created without a name
* This has been altered in the 1.2.1 release
* Trac is not accessible without SF.net account - needs fixing

I do feel that a more diplomatic choice of words in the first post wouldn't have led us to an off-topic discussion on that point, clouding the discussion about a very valid topic.

Thanks for fixing it, I use blocks without titles quite often (especially the main menu).

click on the table header for title and they will be sorted by title instead of id. Same for weight, position, etc.

I might be wrong but... system/admin.php?fct=blocksadmin&op=visible&bid=37 denotes blocks are dealt with via id and not title?

So order, visible/not, content, etc is primarily saved for bid= block id and not btitle= which i'm not sure even exists
