As Content Manager is not yet ready, I'm using Mastop Publish for my projects. Integrated WYSIWYG editor (TinyMCE), unlimited hierarchy, integrated files and image manager... Mastop Publish could be considered the "father" of the integrated content manager on ImpressCMS, and it's a good choice.

Besides that, it's one of the few modules you can change folder name on installation. I wrote instructions on how to do it somewhere in this forum.

There are many good modules, i use dh-info (http://www.simple-xoops.de/modules/projekt/index.php?id=3.2)

content manager, menu manager, external site, ....
