News: I have tested now with IE7 and here works!? With FF3 works not!
And i think, this is the problem:
Did the first test on ICMS 1.1 alpha, did a second test with ICMS 1.1 beta and with the latest test I still don't have the problem mentioned by sato-san.
Can it be a local Java problem?
see my example:
extcal 2.2.0 with impresscms 1.1 beta1 (with impresscms 1.0 works)
I think he means you can set the permissions with Public permissions mask but that after submitting the permissions ain't updated for View permission, Submit permission and Autoprove permission in eXtCal 2.2.0
Thanks for reply! I can install the module, it seems to work fine, i did see it on a system we support, when the debug mode was enable. I must something correct in a template file of the module and reload for this act the pical modul. I see the error then in the queries. I can install the module, i can reinstall the module without (it seems without) problems.
On icms 1.1beta or 1.0.x? What you mean you cannot set permissions? It did not work or did not see where you can set the permissions (see attachment)?
On Impress 1.02 it works for me.

i have tested with @wuddel the extCal module. And we have problems with the prefereces of this modul. we can not set the permissions on the module.
You can check for test on the test-domain (www.impresscms.info).
Well, Ive installed, added events, uninstalled without errors.
Considering that table only has 17 keys, something is probably causing duplicate keys to be inserted multiple times. Nothing I've tried actually inserts new keys short of running that particular query directly into phpmyadmin.
What are you doing to get this error? Are you getting it when installing the module or...?
Here i go again
Can someone please check if you have the same error warning in the debug mode. I see it on all icms installations:
ALTER TABLE prefix_pical_event MODIFY event_tz float(2,1) NOT NULL default 0.0, MODIFY server_tz float(2,1) NOT NULL default 0.0, MODIFY poster_tz float(2,1) NOT NULL default 0.0, ADD KEY (admission), ADD KEY (allday), ADD KEY (start), ADD KEY (end), ADD KEY (start_date), ADD KEY (end_date), ADD KEY (dtstamp), ADD KEY (unique_id), ADD KEY (cid), ADD KEY (event_tz), ADD KEY (server_tz), ADD KEY (poster_tz), ADD KEY (uid), ADD KEY (groupid), ADD KEY (class), ADD KEY (rrule_pid), ADD KEY (categories)
Error number: 1069
Error message: Too many keys specified; max 64 keys allowed
Is it a problem, it seems the module work anyway correct? I would post it in the developer forum of the module, i only want to wait is this a sql problem, a icms problem or a module problem. I try to comment out something in the sql files, but nothing i try solve this.
It may also be possible to do this within a Content Manager page from 1.1 onwards?
i use the content-module "dh-info" fir this. You can add via IFRAME other websites.
I'm looking for a module (or other good way) of showing another website within impress. We use Mantis for bugtracking and I want to make the roadmap and overview available in the site.
Is something like that available?
Holy Trashbag ... thats it! Can anyone make a short description in the download section to the module?
Thank you very much skenow and Rene!
Have you added the /common/jscalendar as Gijoe suggests? I removed that from my sites because of styling issues - pical will use the default date selector if it is not available.
I´m totally frustrated and search many hours for a solution. My problem, if a user use the pical calendar and select a date, the date selector popup withou any stylesheet in the firefox browser (126.96.36.199 and 3.0.1). In this case the internet explorer shows it right, for a better understanding, i attach 2 screenshots. I switch the themes, i search the internet, dynarch.com, gijoes website, i find some users with the same problem but no one with any solution.
On the attaches pictures 1, you see how big is the date selector, on picture 2 you see i can resize them, but only to the right side and in both cases i have no stylesheet. I´mean its not a problem to comment the date selector out, but the user must type the start- and enddate. If someone must create a lot of entries or over some days, can this not be the best solution.
Any suggestions are welcome!!!
icms 1.01 and 1.0.2rc1
I've never found CBB that hard to install - all I have done in the past is just upload Frameworks and XoopsEditors into their appropriate places.
XoopsEditors is starting to be used by other module devs now (including myself), so it's worth installing anyway...
However, I never managed to get the SMF bridge module to work, but I've not tried that for a while.
I have been pondering starting my own forum module.
I've never tried XHNewBB - I'll certainly give that a try as well.
There is a plug 'n' pray solution for a forum, it's XHNewBB, work fine with everything OOPS
Impress, Cube, XOOPS
Demo forum - http://xoopscube.org/modules/xhnewbb/
Download - http://addons.impresscms.org/modules/wfdownloads/singlefile.php?lid=1304
XHNewBB have everything required for a Community forum, and this was the first forum by GiJoe before to start this ugly thingy called D3Forum, advertised a lot here, and from XOOPSCube community, but no one wanna use such ugly piece of scrap.
Also u may try and SMF XOOPS Bridge, it's the best forum atm.
