Thanks for your reply,
I'll take a look at that module and see if I can figure out how to integrate it then.
the themes you describe all have those menu links hardcoded at the moment. There is the menu module by QM-B on the addons site that can could be used to define menus in the administration interface.
That module must still be integrated in the themes though.
Forgive me if this has been discussed, my google-foo must be failing me.
I am using a responsive theme, at the moment the icmsbootstrap theme but this seems to also apply to the html kickstart theme, on my impresscms 1.3.5 site that I am building.
This theme has lovely top menu links which would be great to replace with main site pages like Forum, Gallery, Wiki, etc...
The problem is, I can't seem to figure out how.
I have read the readme that comes with the icmsbootstrap theme, but it wasn't very helpful to me, and this is quite aggrivating not knowing where to change those links.
So, I am hoping that you guys can help me. I'll attach a screenshot of what I am talking about.
Thanks, in advance, for any and all help!
Thanks for the info, I corrected the info on the page.
Thanks for the quick reply :)
I found what's 'wrong', clicking on the download button on the right / above gives the correct file(id=1425), clicking on the download button in the text gives the notebook theme (id=1424)
I checked the i-style download on addons (which is available here) and I get the correct file.
Can you check please?
Also, where did you try to download i-style at first? Maybe that specific link is incorrect.
Hi and greetings to y'all.
I wanted to download i-style but get the notebook theme instead, prolly a mix up.
maybe thats interesting too:
Checking out that site now..
Precisely what I was looking for inspiration..
I love whats going on with the Bleek themes and they showcase ICMS really well. (Should be added) Actually a lot of those themes there do..
I had forgotten about that site, thanks-
Ill keep an eye out..
(Ill share what I make too.)
In the grand scheme of things, te addons site is scheduled for an overhaul. That would mean cleaning up the repository, adding other categories, making it generally more useful
A big part in there would be a specific section for themes, which should be kept up-to-date.
At the moment though, themes should be added to addons even in its current state.
No reason why most shouldnt work without any major changes - although some may need an additional include of Jquery removing.
A good site to check out as well is: http://www.xoops-theme.com/modules/myalbum/
Hi There Im pretty good at customizing themes and such, but I was curious..I was looking at the AddONs section and its like themes stopped being added to it some time ago?
Is this because Xoops Themes and ICMS Themes are too different from each other now? (what Xoops version compatability are themes anyways? If I recall X version 2.14 themes were still compatable with ICMS I dont see anything above that..so..) Or do we just need to add some?
(im probably going to make a new theme anyways but..)
I'm not sure when it came about, but probably around the time we adopted the enhanced search capabilities.
We need a task/ticket in Trac to remind us to take all the inline styles out of the templates and the code.
Not sure when it happened but.. (but in 1.2.4)
The search template has CSS in there, including background-color which doesn't sit well with some themes.
thank you very much but this is the perfect solution I was looking for
you could also use module.textsanitizer.
thank you very much will.
at the end my function looks like this
maybe someone of you knows a js/jquery function that replaces links in a string.
what I mean is when I have this: "hello here my website http://website.com"
to make it looks like that: hello here my website
