_CO_ICMS_CUSTOMTAG_PERMISSION_VIEW_DSC error

Hello all!
While localization I've got this errors:
�����������: Use of undefined constant _CO_ICMS_CUSTOMTAG_PERMISSION_VIEW - assumed '_CO_ICMS_CUSTOMTAG_PERMISSION_VIEW' in file /modules/system/admin/customtag/class/customtag.php line 143

I've got this when I change the language in admin menu (by clicking on the flag)

What does it mean?
