Check when installing a module

Hi to all!!

In the admin side when you want to install a module, if you copy the url of the install button(e.g: http://icmsmultix.dev/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin&op=install&module=formulaire) and change the module param(e.g:instead of formulaire supose ggformulaire) the installer try to install it any way and in fact create a record in the database but obiously ;) appear the error "Module File for Not Found!".
I think we have to check if the param passed throw the url if valid.

Interesting problem - looks like some sort of sanitisation is needed at this point as well.
