ImpressCMS chat on Slack - impresslack?

The ImpressCMS core team is now available directly on chat via Slack for discussions and support questions.

The ImpressCMS core team is now available directly via chat. Contact us if you have questions about ImpressCMS, if we can help you with support for your site, or if you just want to chat.

In order to limit the number of different tools we need to keep an eye on, we opened up our slack channel for that. The development team already uses slack for their communications, so adding another channel looks to be the easiest way to achieve this.

We use the excellent 'slackin' tool where you can ask an invite to join our chat. Once you have received the confirmation from slack (and that takes a few seconds normally), all you have to do is follow the instructions in the confirmation mail and you will be connected soon after. This can normally be done using a normale web browser, no need to have the slack app installed on your system.

The Slack channel is for realtime conversation with the development team. If you want to ask a question at the community, or nobody is available at the moment you connect to the service, we would suggest you give the forums a try.
