Resolving some privacy issues

It was brought to the attention of the ImpressCMS Project that some privacy issues were created on http://community.impresscms.org when the site was originally created.

Originally, the initiators of ImpressCMS gathered on XoopsInfo.com, with the permissions of the XoopsInfo maintainer team, to discuss this future project. After a few weeks, we realized that it was better for everyone if these discussions were to be held on a site not related to XOOPS, and not hosted by the XOOPS Foundation.

Since all the ImpressCMS people were all registered on XoopsInfo and since we did not want to lose all our discussions, we decided to export relevent information from the XoopsInfo site in order to create a new site at community.impresscms.org, again, with the permission of the XoopsInfo team.

For the public opening of community.impresscms.org, the intention was to remove all users not in the ImpressCMS group as well as all content previous to ImpressCMS. Unfortunately, due to some human mistake, some users and some content were not deleted.

A complete revision of all the site data (users and content) has been done and everything not related to ImpressCMS have been deleted. The few users who were imported from XoopsInfo who had already logged in here and who had posted in the forum since the public opening have been contacted by email to ask if they wanted their account deleted. All the other accounts from anyone else who was not part of the ImpressCMS Project have been deleted.

All other content posted before the ImpressCMS start have also been deleted.

This is now a fresh start! Let's now focus on how we can develop the best open source community alive as well as the best CMS ever created !
